Abstract

Conditions of synthesis of new potentially biologically active diacetylenic glycols were developed. The reaction of nucleophilic addition 1,5-di (prop-2-ynyloxy)naphthalene at the carbonyl group of the cyclic ketones (cyclohexanone and N-substituted piperidones) was studied. Structure of new compounds were established based on the analysis by 1 H and 13 C NMR spectral data.
