Abstract

This article considers the growth of regulating activity of 50 and 70% of the extract obtained from the aerial weight of the Tamarixhispida plant of the Tamaricaceae family harvested in Almaty in September 2016. While testing the obtained extracts on the Lenma minor strain of the Araceae family found that 70% shows much greater activity when the concentration of the extract in the test medium is lower by 2 times. The obtained data prompted us to study in more detail the chemical composition of 70% alcohol extract by the method of high-performance liquid chromatography with a mass-selective detector. As a result, 70% of the extract identified a significant number of compounds structurally similar and potentially possessing a growth regulating ability. Namely chlorine azoorganic compounds of the type 7-chloro-4- (dimethylamino) 1,4,4a, 5,5a, 6,11,12a- 3,6,10,12,12a-pentahydroxy-1,11dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide, 3,5-dichloro-6-nitrocholestane, Phenol, 4,4 '- (3H-2,1benzoxathiol-3- ylidene) bis-2-bromo-3-methyl-6- (1-methylethyl) -, S, S-dioxide, and their share in the extract reaches more than 40% of all the identified substances.
