Abstract

The immobilization of antibacterial drug tilozine on the alginate microparticles has been carried out. The dynamic of drug release from polymeric microparticles was investigated. The possobility of the use of alginate spheregels for the development of polymeric drug delivery systems with prolonged release of tilozine is shown.
