Abstract

In this article, water-soluble polysaccharides, pectins, hemicellulose A and B, composition and structure were isolated from the ground part of the plant Arctium lappa. The isolated biologically active substances of the impact 410 IR Fourier spectrometer in the Nicolet IR spectrum were prescribed with a KBr tablet in the 400‒4000 cm-1 zone. The technological model of distribution of biologically active substances is also developed.
